Any actual project begins only after a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost.

3. Contact and initial consultation

The initial consultation via the form or WhatsApp is free and non-binding for either party. Filling out the form or contacting us does not create any contractual obligation until a formal agreement is reached.

4. Payment and billing

Payment details (amount, installments, payment method) are set out in the contract or proposal for each specific project, and are not published on this website.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website (text, designs, case studies) is the property of withzakham. Deliverables handed over to a client under a contracted project transfer ownership to the client as specified in the project agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

We put in our best professional effort in delivering our services, but we are not liable for losses resulting from factors outside our control, such as changes to advertising platform policies, market conditions, or the client's own business decisions.

7. Confidentiality
